We talked to a lot of small agencies before designing this. Almost nobody needs everything on day one — but everyone needs different combinations. So ROWAN ships as modules + widgets you can pick and bundle. Run a pure-tow shop? Skip repo. Run repo and an impound yard? Bundle two modules. Want everything? Pro User tier saves real money over per-module subscriptions.
