Do I have to leave RDN?
No. ROWAN syncs with RDN out of the box — your clients keep using it, and you work in ROWAN. The two-way sync covers status changes both directions. RDN stays your lender-facing front door; ROWAN runs your business.
How long does onboarding take?
Most small agencies are running in ROWAN within a week of signing up. We import your client list, hook into your RDN credentials, and walk you through your first invoice and report. No data migration headache because nothing leaves RDN.
Is my data secure?
ROWAN runs on Supabase (Postgres + row-level security) with multi-tenant isolation at the database layer. Every sensitive field (SSN, account numbers) is encrypted. Every action writes to an audit log. We don't sell your data, ever.
What about FCRA, DPPA, FDCPA, TCPA compliance?
ROWAN is built compliance-first. Cease-comm flags block outbound calls. Skip tracing requires a permissible-purpose code on every search. The audit log records who saw what when. We're not a compliance product but we make compliance easy.
Can I bring my existing fee schedules?
Yes. Per-client fee schedules with multiple line items (base, storage, key cut, transport, etc.) are core. Import them once, ROWAN bills automatically going forward.
What about my accounting setup?
ROWAN has full GAAP statements built in — P&L, balance sheet, retained earnings, cash flow. If you want to keep QuickBooks for tax-prep, we'll export. If you want to retire QuickBooks, ROWAN's accounting is designed to be your single source of truth.
Do you replace my route-mapping app (ClearPlan, GridShark, etc.)?
Yes. ROWAN's Field App has route optimization, geo-stamped check-ins, LPR-camera integration, and ties every move back to the case. One tool instead of two.
How does the Agency Network work?
When a debtor skips out of your service area, you forward the case to another ROWAN agency in that state with one click. Client approves, fee split locked, full audit trail. The receiving agency gets the order natively in their dashboard — no PDF emails or phone tag.
Can I get an LPR feed?
LPR is a tricky industry to navigate. From data protections to state legislation and the court of public opinion, ROWAN is working to integrate the data you already generate, and keep it in-house.
What's the skip tracing setup like?
ROWAN orchestrates licensed sources (LocateSmarter, TLO, etc. — bring your subscriptions). Each search is permissible-purpose-logged. Addresses are all ranked based on confidence of information to help you filter out the noise. The system learns from your recoveries which sources work best — so over time your skip workflow self-tunes.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month at launch. Annual plans (with discount) and Enterprise contracts available. Cancel anytime, take your data with you.
How do I get help?
Built-in support inbox once you're a customer. Email, chat, and phone for higher tiers. Waitlist members get a dedicated onboarding call before the public open.
What's the catch?
We're pre-launch. The product is actively being built and we're refining workflows with our first agencies. If you join the waitlist and we onboard you early, you're betting on us. In exchange you get locked-in early pricing, direct line to the founder, and your feature requests bumped to the top of the queue.
